ostTiket clean installation problem

I'm doing a clean installation osTicket-v1.15.1 on a Windows server 2016, IIS 10, I have installed php-7.2.33-nts-Win32-VC15-x64, I copy de "upload" folder in "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\" and renamed it "osticket" (C:\inetpub\wwwroot\osticket).
but when I visit http://localhost/osticket, I get:

m_estacio I'll admit I'm no IIS expert, but have you tried moving the web.config file first so it doesn't get loaded? From what I can tell it looks like it's just telling IIS to be case-sensitive with file and directory names, but again, I'm not an IIS expert! (it also seems to be removing and then readding the same defaultDocument, and I've no idea if that makes any difference)

It looks to me like you have not setup a php handler in IIS.

Click on Handler Mappings

See if you have a handler mapping for PHP

If not click on Add Manage Handler on the right.

It should look something like this (note this is the edit screen, because I dont want to add a second identical handler)

As an afterthought... have you installed .the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable for your version of Server right?

The solution was to delete the content of the "rewrite rules" from the "web.config" file , I deleted all between <rewrite> and </rewrite> tags, the resulting the "web.config"
