Valid CSRF Token Required

New poster here. I'm running 1.10 and all of the sudden I get the message "Valid CSRF Token Required". I've tried some of the things google brought back with regards to class.ostsession.php and that didn't do it. Luckily, I still have one computer logged in and working but the others I use get this message. I need to get it fixed. Any ideas?

1.10 is end of life and no longer supported. The most likely cause of this is a problem with the timezone(s) that you have set. Check your server timezone, php timezone, and database timezone and make sure that they all match.
