We are trying to update our osticket version 1.10.4 to 1.15.1 but we miss the new features as Merged, Linked... is there any correct way to update? Is it neccesary to update step by step to another version first?

    Acomsis Ability to merge/link tickets is not enabled by default. If you've just upgraded from 1.10.x, you'll need to ensure this permission is granted in the role you use: Admin -> Agents -> Roles -> [select your role] -> Permissions. From there, ensure the merge and link checkboxes are selected.

      You are right, RBGE , I checked both of them and then appeared on it.

      About new queues, I tried to do a template osTickets that is translated to my language. But, when I changed the database to the final osticket, it didn't appear anything.. are those changes saved at database?

        Acomsis Yes, all settings made from the admin panel in osTicket are stored in the database. I've never had issues with templates during upgrades, so if yours are missing it suggests something else has happened here. I'm assuming it's the same database that was kept during the upgrade?

        Oh, okay, we didn't know that. We made a new osticket with a new empty database to use as template. we made differents changes on it, and, when we use the same template with another database that we updated before, we missed those changes..
