[resolved] Windows 7+IIS existing install now only blank pages

We have been happily using osTicket for quite a while now. We are on 1.14 and using MSQL although it's difficult to tell what version as the PC has at least 2 installations of PHP on it in the Program Files directory and another at the root of the C drive. It's been working fine until today while we are all stuck at home due to the snow. Now when we try to go to the login page it just comes up blank. A bookmark to the Admin page also comes up blank. I believe we already have error logging turned on and I just went in and set it to log to the syslog of our Windows PC but it doesn't seem to be generating any errors.

Can anyone advise what to do next? I've downloaded the latest version in case we need to go that route. We perform nightly backups of the database.

the Admin page (https://helpdesk.mevion.com/helpdesk/login.php) is only generating:
<html><head></head><body></body></html>

Further investigation revealed it's PHP 7.3.9

Do you can create a temp.php file in your website's root folder.
In that file put <?php phpinfo(); ?>, and then browse to it in a browser.
This will tell you the version of PHP your site is running, and will also tell you where your error_log's are being saved.
A white page indicates that there is a PHP error being thrown, so you will need to consult your error logs to see what that error is (and probably want to post it here).

I tried creating a test.php file and it seemed to work fine without any PHP errors. Eventually I got desperate and renamed the old sites folder in inetpub and installed a fresh osTicket v 1.15.1, used the config file from the old site and it came right up.

I guess that's one way to do an upgrade!
