Hi friends. I am using osTicket (v1.14.4) but the FAQ function does not work, I already enabled it, but it still does not appear in the guest portal, any idea that could be happening.

Please post screen shots to the forums.
In order for FAQs to work (all versions) you have to first create FAQ categories. Then put a FAQ in each category.
And you have to turn enabled it at Admin panel -> Settings -> Knowledgebase
