Advanced search on custom field

In my custom site I need create an url to open osTicket (in new tab) with tickets list filtered by Users' custom field
The link has parameter "customerID" which I should use in Advanced search.

In other words, I open the link and get a filtered list of tickets

What is the best way to do this?

Well if you want to use Advanced Search it looks like you are doing it the same way I would.

If its a specific user you can go to the user and see their tickets.

If you use organizations you could go to the Organization and see the tickets that belong to that Org.

I need get the result immediatelly, skipping Advanced search dialog. Just open link and get the result. So. I need a way to build such link

You can save the Advanced Search (by typing a name under "Save Search") and then in the queues you'll see that search and can click on it from the queues/tickets.
