I hope it's OK to post this query here, it applies to the same section of osTicket but isn't quite on the topic of the OP post.
All users seem to be able to view the Dashboard tab with the company-wide Ticket Activity graph and Statistics table. I've restricted users access to Agent data but they can still see the graph & table, is there any simple way to switch this off (or this tab off entirely) or do I need to code this in?
