Hi, i am having problems with creating email templates in a different language (spanish). No matter the language i choose the email templates are always created in english. I have downloaded the phar files for the languages and they are on the i18n folder, so they are recognized by osTicket.
Note that the configured language is Spanish and i opened the phar files and can see the template translation in there, but i don't know why isn't picked by osTicket.
