Fetching mails from a gmail-folder

I am running a freshly installed version and can't get runnig a configuration of fetching mails from a gmail-imap-folder ( tagged emails)
credentials are ok, as the "folder" I use the tagname, protocol is IMAP+SSL, port is 993
after some minutes I run into a 500-internal-server error .
Does anybody have any hints or a screenshot of a working config ?

osTicket last I checked only collects emails from INBOX, not sub-folders.

If you install osTicket v1.14.5 or v1.15.1 you can fetch from a folder. When filling out the Fetching Information you’ll see a box to input the folder name.
