Clean install - Error parsing SQL schema

Hi,

I am performing a clean installation of osTicket 1.15.
System info:
Ubuntu 20.04
PHP 7.4
4 cores, 8gigs ram
MySQL Cluster Community Server

While running the installer I'm faced with the following error: Error parsing SQL schema! Get help from developers

This is the output when running the statement in mysql workbench.

I have dropped and recreated the db but am getting the same error.

The error is: cannot create table ost_ticket
I would guess that your DB user does not have the CREATE privilege.

The DB user does have the correct privileges.
It created the other tables and fails when it tries to create the ticket table.

I've asked the devs to take a look at this thread.

It is not something that I have ever encountered before but I believe that it is key related, or an issue with that specific version of MySQL or its configuration. I do not have this issue with MariaDB 10.4.x and did not have it with older versions of MySQL.

Thanks for the feedback... I'll give version 1.14 a go in the mean time.

Just and update.

My issue has been resolved by updating MaxNoOfAttributes in my config.
