Is there any way to unmerge tickets? I found that unlink feauture is there, but unmerge tickets has no way.
This is needed if any agent merge tickets by mistake...
I agree, i've just made that mistake and can find no way of reverting it. Now this ticket has an incorrect audit trail which could cause problems in the future. If anyone has a workaround or knows the resolve to this, I would appreciate it.
There is currently no un Merge ticket feature in osTicket.
You could not let people use Merge, and instead use Link, as there is an Unlink.
