In my system, I have tickets that I can close without any issue. However, there are one of them that I can´t close.
I change the status to "Closed" but the loading screen is shown but not closed. I see that I get no reply from the server, it´s just "waiting".
What I tried to close it, with different Agents:
- List of tickets screen.
- Ticket itself, with different users.
Bellow, the things I did different on this ticket:
I added two fields on ticket details, both of them custom lists.
I changed the user.
I changed the team.
I changed the permissions and added the user in all the teams, platforms, all the permissions... I think I added anything that could restrict the access to the users, but nothing happens.
