I have installed osticket on an ubuntu server and I receive support emails remotely on a different website (Yandex).
My MX records point to Yandex.
How should I setup email piping?
I have never used piping, so I would refer you to the docs.
Most people use IMAP or POP for mail.
I am trying gmail IMAP and I get this error, but the password is correct.
I have followed this video making the less secure thing...
OK, I created a new gmail account and now it does not complain.
Now I am not getting the tickets created after getting an email 😅
OK, it is now working with gmail, need to make it work with yandex 😁
