Error when save a view a ticket.

Hi, i have a error with the 14.3 version, when a make a ticket the process is normal

but after a minute the view is a 500 error

when update the page, the ticket has create 2 times with 2 ids different and, if i enter in the scp i see the ticket, but when i try to see the ticket, the page takes a lot of time and when finish the process, only show this.

today i was make the update to 15 version think that this mistake can be solved, but the same thing happens.
Please, help i dont know what to do.

You will need to take a look at all of your logs for any related errors (server logs, Apache error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL error logs, osTicket system logs, browser console logs).

Hi everyone, finaly i found the solution, when the user create a new ticket, the osticket make a 80 Mb of log with this information.

the only site when use the date or something is in the SLA, I had the option monday-friday 8-5, i change de option to 24/5 and works perfect. Thanks to everyone to help me to resolve this case.

I have disabled SLA.
It even works in another language.

I cannot replicate this no matter what I try. So let's get some basic info first.

Please provide the following:

What SLA are you using?
What Schedule are you using?
What is your date/time format set to?
What is your timezone set to?
How are you creating the ticket? And are you filling out the SLA/Due Date field when creating a New Ticket?

Basically, we need exact information on how to replicate this as I've tried nearly everything and cannot replicate.
