Hi,
I tried creating a filter to auto assign a ticket to a team when the email is sent to particular mail ID.
For example: if a mail is sent to tech.autoticket@mydomain.com the ticket should auto assigned to my team called"Tech Team" . Like wise i have mutiple team(L1 , L2 , L3 Support) in my "IT Support" department having separate mail id for each.
Also i have Multiple Departments like IT Support , HR , Finance , Legal etc., so don't suggest to create sub-departments under my Department for my above request.
OS Ticket Version : 1.14.3
Mysql Version 8.0
Hosted in IIS 7.0 (Windows).
Kindly help for my query.
