Getting an error 500 when trying to set up LDAP

Trying to set up the LDAP Plugin and connect it to jumpcloud, not sure my settings are correct but anytime I hit apply, I get an error 500, Checked the system logs and not seeing anything recorded.

Any advice as to where to start to find the issue?

I've no idea what JumpCloud is. Is that an Active Directory cloud solution?

Are you running any other plugins?

This version is a little out dated. 0.6.3 is the current version and has been for quite awhile. You should upgrade to current.

A 500 error usually indicates that there was a problem on the server side with processing a request. The script (plugin) could be getting blocked by a security module or something similar. I would check your SELinux logs and see if that adds any light to the situation.

I am using osTic version v1.15.2 and LDAP Authentication and Lookup version v0.6.2.
I cannot in any way integrate the 2 systems (JumpCloud and osTicket). Does anyone have ideas?

I would recommend that you contact JumpCloud support to make sure that your webserver has access to talk to their servers for authentication.
