Hi All, I have osTicket (v1.14.3) installed in the LAMP Ubuntu server and have MySQL version 5.7 and PHP version 7.4
So, now we are about to migrate from MySQL 5.7 to MySQL 8.0, will it be an issue? Is osTicket (v1.14.3) is compatible with MySQL 8?
