We recently installed the osTicket ver 1.14.3 on our server.
Everything was fine, we successfully installed osTicket the latest version.
Then, we create an agent account for one of our IT support staff (also sent a reset password mail to his mailbox) and later, he logined osTicket successfully using the password resetting mail, but the system kept asking him for resetting his password, and thus, he can not actually use the system, because osTicket popups the password resetting dialog forever, he did filled in the password resetting fields, then it asked him for resetting password again and again. I suspect that osTicket 1.14.3 has some problems that prevents the agent accounts from resetting their password normally.
Please kindly check to see if there is anything wrong with the new version.
