A customer sent in an email that contained a French flag unicode emoji. It caused everything from the emoji onward to be deleted by osticket. We tested it with another email and the same thing happened.

To reproduce the bug, send an email into osticket that contains that unicode character in the middle. Everything from the character onward will be deleted.
