Hi all, I'm trying to upgrade from v 1.11 to v 1.14. Ubuntu 18.04 I've the error "something went wrong" Can you suggest how to investigate it ? Where is the Log file? (the same from v1.11 to v1.12) Thank you Max
You would consult your PHP error logs and or your Mysql Error logs to find the errors that occurred (depending on what went wrong).

osTicket utilizes the PHP and MySQL logs. It also has its own syslog table. So you could use a 3rd party db viewer/editor to look at ost_syslog to see if anything got stored there.
