Hide message from traduction file

Hello, download spanish language from this page (https://osticket.com/download/#ostLang )and upload the phar file to the include/i18n , then change the default language to spanish in the panel admin, the translation is applied, but when entering as default user in the index page it appears that

How can i make this not appear?

I used :
PHP v7.0.33
MySQL v5.6.41
OsTicket v1.10.1

Well you are running an end of life and no longer supported version of osTicket (1.10.1).
Support for this old version ended in 2019.
You would likely have to upgrade.
