Ticket updates per agent

Hi all,

I am looking for a way to be able to tell how many times an agent has posted updates in tickets per day. I can export results and it can tell me how many tickets closed in a day and the last updated stats, but nothing for how many times an agent has posted a message in a ticket.

Is there an easy way to find this?

You would probably have to do some custom scripting to pull the data from the database. This would not be a trivial SQL query as it involves multiple tables and data ranges.
