$content = Page::lookupByType('banner-client'); error

Hello all,

Running OSTicket (v1.14.1) and going to /scp/ we get a error 500 page.

When commenting out this line:

$content = Page::lookUpByType('banner-staff') in /scp/login.php the page loads correctly. (line 26)

Additionally I would like to inform that we copied our OSTicket from an English to an Spanish language server. I have the feeling it is related to this...

This happens at all pages, so I hope someone can support my by explaining what can cause this and what this lookUpByType exactly does.

Environment details? (see Admin panel -> Dashboard -> Information)

A 500 error is a pretty generic http status code. You will need to take a look at your [unknown] webserver error logs, and PHP error logs to see what errors are being logged.

In the ost_content table you should have all the Page Templates shown in the screenshot below.

IF the type values do not match the above and/or not in English this will break the page lookups.
