Hide help topic but not disable

Hi all,
I was wondering if there's functionality to hide a help topic from the dropdown when opening a ticket but not to disable it. As such to allow tickets to be opened if someone has a direct link to the help topic eg tickets/open.php?topicId=5.

For Users yes. For Agents no.

go to: Admin panel -> Manage -> Help Topics
Click on a help topic.
see Type
