Hello, I've been having a osTicket since version 1.10 and I've being upgrading all the way to version 1.14.3 not really having much on it.
Recently I'm starting to use it, and I've seen some weird behavior while creating task on a ticket.
First here my system details,

I've read that some times deleting all the tasks and start over helps, but I can't delete, only manually via DB.
Tickets with pending task can't be closed, that's working fine.

But I can not claim it, assign it, transfer it, close it, nothing. Just by deleting the DB record.

Any idea?
