Export Ticket, Last Updated Time Shows Still UTC time. In Past Created Time correction was done, but Updated time still showing incorrect.

Ticket Version v1.14.1 (f1e9e88) — v1.14.3 is available
Web Server Software Apache
MySQL Version 5.5.45
PHP Version 7.2.29

This is a known issue. Eventually we will get to converting the dates/times to the Agent’s time zone.

Okay. This has to be done for all date fields whether in Core File Or Custom Field added on Custom Form by User.

@KevinTheJedi Need to know whether this has been taken care in 15.2 version or not so accordingly we will upgrade the version.

There currently is no 15.2 version. So it definitely has not been taken care of.
