osTicket Version - v1.14.3 (f4f5bc6)
Web Server Software - Apache/2.4.25 (Win32) OpenSSL/1.0.2j PHP/5.6.30
MySQL Version - 10.1.21
PHP Version - 5.6.30

Hi all i'm a new to this osTicket. When i tried to create a new ticket i got this error."Unable to create a ticket. Correct any errors below and try again."

Can you post a screen shot of this?
It sounds like you have a field that is mandatory and haven't populated it with a value.
