[resolved] Ticket detail not show in customer view

Hi, i just install osticket 1.14.2, using ldap for customer login.
after customer create ticket and see it, detail ticket not show. But when i print it show detail and reply from agent.

i don't know how to fix this, can anyone help me ?

They do not appear to have an email address.. so I think that display is breaking at that point.

When i update email addres, it's internal server error.

Indeed in my ldap there are no details for email. When i insert email in database straight away it doesn't work.

i fix this problem with add email attribute on my ldap, thank you for help me.
