Advanced search finds results, but doesn't show them

When I use the advanced search to find tickets I get this notification in the search popup:

Search criteria matched 3 tickets - view

When I click view I get no results. How do I get the results?

Are you able to provide an example search term? Are you only completing the "Keyword" field?

Example search term would be just whatever you can think of. Usually something like 12345.

It's extremely frustrating to know that there are results in there, but not being able to access them. The ticket base is getting fairly large so going through closed tickets manually is not an option.

We use 4 digit extension numbers here, and I find that searching for numbers like you have in your example doesn't work either. However when I add additional works to the search (such as "Extension 1375") it pulls things up just fine. You might try using another keyword in your searches. I realize that this is not a fix for your problem, but it may be a usable work around for you.

The real problem is that it seems to find the tickets, it just doesn't display results... Extremely inconvenient...
