Tickets with .eml attachments will not open from the email notification in outlook. However If I open the ticket in a browser and then download the .eml attachments manually/separately outlook reads the attachment just fine.
The contents don't seem to match either. The contents like some bad encoding notifcation based file while the downloaded file looks normal with email headers at the start of the file. How can I makes the contents of attachments on notification more mach downloading an attachment does.
