I'm new to osTicket I have installed on Ubuntu 20.04, (server details on screenshot)
I'm able to send an email via Diagnostics and able to receive emails. I'm also getting emails sent to admin email whenever a new ticket is created but it seems that it doesn't work auto-response to users when raising a new ticket via email.
I've checked the help topics to not tick disable auto response as well but not sure what's missing
May you please guide?
