Problem confirming user account (URL Error)

Hello, I have a problem registering users in my Osticket. After successfully completing the registration form, the link that comes with the email to confirm the account appears with errors, basically the URL of the Osticket is repeated twice in the confirmation link.

Example:

https://mydomain.com/scp/mydomain.com/scp/pwreset.php?token=3Fj9rgZzQr5DDBbCZYDaASrDtAiTYF0mphdLAPIgT0jaw7EP

I have no idea why the domain is repeated twice, if I delete a domain the confirmation link works fine.

You need to check two things:

1.) Ensure the email template is correct.
Go to Admin Panel > Settings > Agents > Templates > Password Reset Email:

Once there make sure the %{url} variable looks like my screenshot below:

2.) Ensure the Helpdesk URL is accurate. Go to Admin Panel > Settings > System > Helpdesk URL and make sure the URL is correct and not duplicated twice. Below is an example of how it should look like:
