[resolved] Only Dept Manager get Mail on new Ticket

Sorry I am still new.
When a new ticked is generated, only the Dept Manager get a mail.
I would prefer all of the Dept Members get a Mail.

All of the Team Members get a mail.
What do I have to configure?

Every agent in Extended Access must have the Alert checkbox checked.

Sorry I am a Beginner But finally I found my mistake:
I had the “Team Member” not activated in:

Settings -> Tickets -> Alerts and Notices -> Ticket Assignment Alert

I was miss leaded with the German Language.
I was of the opinion that this only applies to a manual assignment, and not to an automatic one.
