Hi, Is it possible to add a receipient like only the email : . My situation here is our customer answer a web form on our website. but when we receive the tickets and we like to answer by the ticket itself. The Recipients is not the customer email because the form is sent to us by our web-hoster.

So we want to add the email of our customer. Yess we can just add a user but we receive a lot of email per day and we dont want to create a user manually each time.

Is there a solution or the plateform is not build for this ?

Best regards
osTicket (v1.14.3)

Does the form include the customers email in the reply-to field?
Can you change the form?

The form includes our client's email. but only in the result of the form. When the ticket is created in osticket it keeps only the possibility to answer only to the email of our host because it is the email of our host that sends it. For customers who write directly to the email without going through the form everything works very well. But with the form as the email comes from the address of our host it is not possible for us to reply to the customer with the email that is mentioned in the result of the form. That's why I asked if we can only add a recipient like in a conventional email system. Without having to create a new user manually

You would either have to: alter the form to include the users email as a reply-to so that you can filter on it (or someplace else in the email headers of the sent email)

Or alter the form to instead of sending an email talk to the open ticket API to push the data.

Hello how are you? I have the same doubt. When sending the form, the ticket arrives well but the sender is the one from my website and not the client's email. How can I get it to be sent as sender of my client's email?
