Office365 mail users do not receive emails

Hi,

I have just installed v1.14.3 (f4f5bc6).

Everything works as intended including the phpmail.

Oddly any users on an office365 platform (and I have tried 3 distinct user groups with different TLD's) do not receive any emails. Gmail, hotmail, Yahoo working fine.

I have added the default emails (system@ admin@ etc) to individual and global address books.
I have checked the domain is not blacklisted or is hitting a global spam filter
I have checked SPF and DKIM

Any ideas please? Does not seem to make much sense.

We use O365 for our email here and have never have a problem with our users receiving email from osTicket. So I don't think that this would be a problem with osTicket.

We do not use phpmail though. We setup an o365 account explicitly for the ticket system to check and send email via.
