Issue with Export to an Excel

Hi guys!
I have 3 osticket websites, and for some reason, 1 of them, I cannot export all the values that we have i one ticket. For example, for the pic attached below, i cannot export de columns in Excel. Anyone had similar problem in the past? Many thanks in advance for your help gents,

Is the Custom Field that you cannot export on the Ticket Details Form or a Custom Form? At this time you can only export fields that are on the Ticket Details Form. Any fields on Custom Forms are not exportable.
