Hi, I am about to update from 1.6 to 1.7. The only thing holding me back is that I need to add the "Department" on the ticket views. I want to add a new column, or just replace the "Priority" column. It does not matter since we do not use priority.
I can not figure how I can do this, and I can not find any solution on the forum or Google.
The only thing I managed to change is the heading on the column.
