[resolved] OSTicket asked for upgrade once i had successfully update osticket

I have import database & update osticket to 1.12 from 1.9 & now my php is updated to 7.0.0 & MYSQL is 10.x but when i import database once again due to any reason if i want to import DB, OSTicket asked for upgrade where as i have already updated osticket. In this window i cannot move to any other tab i need to upgade & this time if i upgrade OSTicket it will end up with error & my osticket is also becomes useless. Please let me know how to import db multiple time if i want.

give some more details of your osticket php version, web server, etc.. what kind of errors are you gettings?
have you looked at logs of osTicket, PHP or your web server??

ramrajone php & apache versions already mentioned above which is compatible with osticket 1.12(php 7.0.0
& apache 2.4.x),
my problem is why i have to upgrade 2nd time whereas i have already upgraded osticket with required database.
But due to any reason if i want to import database have one or two new tickets. osticket ask for upgrade to the same version which is updated a couple of mints ago...
& if i follow instructions it highlight the error.

If you re-import or import an old database over a current one... you are downgrading osTicket to the version that the Database was. So it will prompt you to upgrade again.
