Hi, when i try to drag and drop a mail from autlook into the ticket drag & drop field the email in outlook gets deleted.
Is that intended or a bug?
So you are not running osTicket.
You are running a 3rd party modification called "osTicket FREE v1.14.2 Patch 3 - Deutsche Version". You would need to speak to the publishers of that clone of our product to get support for their product.

Sorry, i didnt even know that this was 3rd party. The version i had before that was v1.12 (a076918) and when i got told to update i just searched for a latest version. I will ask the other guys then. Thank you.
If it helps you can download the 1.14.3 update package from osticket.com/download But I have no idea if the alternate product that you installed does anything funky to the database.
