Running into a problem where tickets that were created months ago, and still worked on regularly, are buried in the list of tickets - even when they were updated yesterday. It's as if the 'Last Updated' column is looking at the 'Creation Date' of the ticket.
Indeed, when I look at my list of tickets the date in the 'Last Updated' column is the same as 'Creation Date'. Regardless of when the ticket was last updated.
