How can I use the user name field or part of the user name field in advanced search to filter my tickets

In the drop down select User / Full Name It will add it autopmagically. Select how you want to match (probably contains). Input the name you want to match on.
If it was that simple I wouldn't have had to ask here. In my advanced search there is no User / Full Name in the list of criteria. User / Full Name does not appear in the 'Add Other Field' list either. So how can I add the user / Full Name field to the criteria list.
