Problema en gráfico estadistico y valores

Tengo el siguiente grafico con osticket ya en produccion:

Pero no me aparecen los graficos y los valores estan errados en cuanto a los agentes asignados y trabajos asignados a ellos, como puedo restaurar los graficos y reparar los valores?

Then check your *_thread_event table and see if you have records.

and the log's i have no problem.
