How do i show the department at ostic/scp/tickets.php
Context:
We have 14 departments and 14 emails. The departments are the different organizations in different cities and they have an email "city@organization.com". Additionally we are running a couple of other projects and platform that have additional email and department. I have access to all of them. There are people managing the different departments but I am looking at all of them.
Feedback:
I am lost at what do I see on ostic/scp/tickets.php. I see currently 101 tickets. In the open section there is Open 73 and Answered 28. So I guess these are the 101 that I am seeing.
Question:
How do I show the department column on ostic/scp/tickets.php to at least understand from which department is the ticket and probably sort by department?

Update 1
I went to Admin Panel->Settings->Tickets->Queue->Open/Open->Columns and I added the department and I was expecting to see the department when visiting ostic/scp/tickets.php but I do not see the department. 
Update 2
I think I got it. I had to set this not to Open/Open but to Open and also to set that Open/Open must inherit the columns from Open and them to refresh like 17 times and I got it.
I can see the department on the Open tickets page.
