How to show all text content in the ticket backend overview

Hi guys,

This is a tricky one question, for the bigger text fields, I would like to show all the text in one ticket attribute at the backend view (let's say, remove the option that opens another window in order to see the whole text). Look at the next picture for a better understanding:

So, please, there is any way to show the whole text in the main screen? Thanks guys in advance

I'm not aware of a way to do what you are asking with in the ui.

You will have to customize the code to accomplish this. We truncate the text so the ticket headers aren't so cluttered.

SergiBCN you can try edit upload/include/staff/ticket-view.inc.php ,
near 706 string set
$clean = Format::truncate($v, 5000);
and in upload/include/staff/tasks.inc.php,
near 395 string set
$title = Format::truncate($title_field->display($title_field->to_php($T['cdata__title'])), 5000);
