We are working for an hospital setup and i have given osticket for my customer care team who is managing end users query. For Example: If a customer writes a mail to my customer care team quoting My report is wrong compared with the test taken from other hospital. Then automatically ticket will be created based on email and agent will start follow up with internal teams regarding the error by adding them as a collabraters.
Now my question is My collabraters not getting emails if an agent replies in the internal notes field.
Anything settings to be done to make collabraters receive email if posted any internal note?
