I've update the max file size in PHP INI file. Setting has been updated on admin panel of OS Ticket as well. As an agent, I can absolutely upload larger files now. I'm trying to increase the max file size allowed for user submission too and cannot seem to find any documentation speaking specifically to that. How can I increase the allowed file size for a user submitting a ticket for support? Version and server info listed below.
