We have recently upgraded to 1.14.3 and now have this change to navigate:
Under 'My Tickets', Is it still possible to view all tickets (Assignee > includes>me) AND tickets that have not been assigned to an agent as yet (unassigned) or tickets that have been auto-assigned to a 'team'. (But not an individual agent)
In our previous version, it was helpful that our main support guys could do their own tickets and then any 'agent unassigned' tickets would appear for them to action or assign to others.
