Hi everybody,

When creating a new ticket in the system, user cannot submit until he fills a mandatory field as below:

Basically that is the date on which the agent needs to perform activity.
Now, our question is: Is it possible to have that date shown in the user's Open tickets list right next to the other fields?

Currently, you would have to directly edit the file(s) responsible for displaying the user ticket list and add the column.

    ntozier So, I would have to edit the code, right?
    What would happened when a new OSticket version will be rolled out? It will overwrite edited code with standard one?
