Email setting for fetching incoming emails

Can anyone help me please?

I'm trying to setup email but keep hitting this error with all mail providers ( gmail, yahoo and own own mail server).

Can't open mailbox {pop.mail.yahoo.com/pop3/novalidate-cert}INBOX: invalid remote specification

I have tried with SSL enable or SSL disable.

I'm running 1.7.0
