Good Morning
I am currently using the version 1.14.3 and ostciket is not adding people in cc as collaborators
We use a debian mail server where we send the mails to a mailbox which osticket picks up the mails from there,
In the header of the tickets I see that ostickets reads the cc correctly but does not add them as collaborators.
I attach the information of the system
